BALLBOX FTP RECOVERY — QUICK FIELD INSTRUCTIONS

Goal
Get the machine/export data that shows the real FTP password for OurVend content distribution.

What to send back
Best case: the exported config/database files.
Fallback: clear photos/videos of the exact screens.

Priority order
1. Export/config files from the machine
2. Screenshots/photos of settings that mention:
   - ad.ourvend.com
   - ysftp
   - FTP
   - AdvertRemote
   - RemoteAdSysType
3. Photos of Android file paths or export folders

What to do

A. Enter machine backstage / Android side
- Open the system used before for exports/config.
- Look for menu items like:
  - Export
  - Backup
  - Config Export
  - Logs
  - Database
  - SQLite
  - Android files

B. Export everything relevant
If possible, export/copy these kinds of files:
- config export
- logs export
- sqlite/db export
- xml/json/txt config files
- any zip produced by export

Important
- Do not edit anything.
- Do not change server settings.
- Read/export only.

C. Search on-device if file browser is available
Look for folders/files containing words like:
- TrayPreferences
- ourvend
- tcn
- vending
- advert
- remote
- ftp
- config
- export
- backup
- log
- db
- sqlite
- xml

D. Highest-value evidence
If they can open files or settings, capture the exact values for:
- FTP host
- FTP user
- FTP password
- port
- remote ad flags
- machine ID

Keywords to hunt
- ad.ourvend.com
- ysftp
- AdvertRemote
- RemoteAdSysType
- qrc.ourvend.com

If they find a database
Best targets:
- TrayPreferences
- any sqlite/db file related to vending/app config

What to send
Preferred:
- the raw exported files
- zipped if needed

If not possible:
- photos of every relevant screen
- one short video scrolling through the export/settings page

How to avoid wasting time
- If they only find normal OurVend login credentials, send them too, but those are probably not the FTP password.
- The real target is the export/config that previously showed:
  - host: ad.ourvend.com
  - user: ysftp
  - plus the actual password

Minimum success condition
Any one of these is enough:
1. file export containing FTP password
2. photo showing FTP password on screen
3. DB/config file we can inspect offline

What not to do
- no factory reset
- no firmware update
- no deleting files
- no changing cloud/server config
- no test writes to FTP

Message to send with the files
“Exported machine config/log/db files for FTP recovery. No settings changed.”
