# Legacy personal-agent service removal tagging

Removed old `:8082` personal-agent service expectations from the active control-plane surface.

## Updated
- `bin/pi-config-audit`
- `docs/service-manifest.md`
- `docs/bootstrap.md`
- `docs/backup-policy.md`
- `SYSTEM.md`

## Effect
- audit no longer expects the legacy `personal-agent` HTTP status endpoint
- docs now treat it as removed legacy surface, not active required infrastructure
- current active surfaces remain:
  - `agents-database`
  - Pi extensions/tooling
  - `pi-telegram.service`

## Feature reminder
Former legacy surface was small:
- status API on `:8082`
- older runtime readiness/status endpoint shape
