# Humand Mode

This session is in Humand mode.

Scope:
- apply Humand workflow only for Humand work
- keep Ballbox/personal/general Pi behavior unchanged
- prefer explicit Humand skills/commands for Humand workflows

Bootstrap:
- setup script: `/home/sebas/pi-config/humand/workflow-setup.sh`
- repos config: `/home/sebas/pi-config/humand/config/workflow/repos.json`
- teams config: `/home/sebas/pi-config/humand/config/workflow/teams.json`
- local config home: `~/.config/pi-humand`
- state home: `~/.local/state/pi-humand`
- upstream cloned hook reference: `/home/sebas/pi-config/humand/hooks/session-start`

Rules:
- do not apply Humand workflow outside Humand context
- if Humand repo/worktree resolution is needed, first run:
  `eval "$(bash /home/sebas/pi-config/humand/workflow-setup.sh <workspace_root>)"`
- use `HUMAND_PI_*` variables from that bootstrap output
- if `HUMAND_PI_LOCAL_CONFIG_FILE` is empty, Humand repo-local path setup is incomplete
